Sonali Dasari

is an undergraduate at Columbia University (’23), planning to major in Neuroscience and minor in Public Health. Her previous research at Vanderbilt University focused on peripheral nerve regeneration and the optimization of an experimental treatment known as PEG fusion. Within the Columbia community, she is a member of GlobeMed, a board member of Asian American Alliance, as well as a board member of the Immigration Coalition through Columbia Democrats. Outside of academics, you can find her dancing on Dhoom, the competitive bollywood team at Columbia, and volunteering at the Soup Kitchen. In her free time, Sonali enjoys going to museums and eating in the city, digital photography, playing tennis, and playing piano.
