After opening the boss hoards from either Yulivar or Vashan, there’s a Diablo IV gold chance that Belial will appear as a follow-up boss fight. Defeating Belial grants additional loot, including Betrayer’s Husks, which can be used to open Belial’s Hoard in Kehjistan’s Lair.
While Belial’s appearance is not guaranteed, if he does appear, he will provide you with additional drops, including more opportunities to obtain the Corrupted Lightbringer or other valuable items. To open Belial’s Hoard, you’ll need two Betrayer’s Husks, which drop from Belial himself.
